Event center is almost empty after changing cell phone

I changed a new phone. When I login, the event center only has a spin wheel left. How do I get others back? Also when I start to play, I don’t see the feature which is to get reward by watching a ads. and I don’t see it after failed at the level.

@lisashi Hi and welcome. The Bonus features are not given to everybody and can be device specific. They are given to groups of randomly selected people, so this could mean your just not in the group for them features at present but you could be again in the future. They can also be missing due to temporary problems.

In my experience it can take a while when changing your device for features to start appearing again, but make sure your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and log back in to make sure you are getting the features available to you

Very sorry but all the bonus events or features are distributed by the system randomly to different players and on different devices. At the moment you can not do anything about it. But keep on playing and gradually the system will start selecting your device and you will get some features soon.

The Even is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.

The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.

Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

Hello @lisashi and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. As mentioned above, different players sometimes have access to different things in their event center. Sometimes it's because features are being tested and so are released to random groups of people (like viewing ads) and other times it could be device or location specific. Some new things only get released in the beginning to a smaller region/group of people.

You may get the Ad option back or you may get something else fun. For example I have never got the Chocolate box or Ad watching features in this game.
