Please do the standard troubleshooting by log out, update your game apllication, restart your device and login again and see if it solves your case.
Please also note that this is a new feature and studios are still monitoring its progress. Some players also reported some other mistakes so hopefully studios will fix all these errors soon.

Hello @meghavasudeva and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. I'm glad you have the event but sorry you are having issues. It is not unusual for a new event to sometimes experience issues. Can you please let us know the make and model of the device you are using as well as your software version so we can pass the info back to the studio? Also, please make sure your game app is up to date.
Hopefully these 'growing pains' can be fixed soon and the info you provide will help the studio do this.
