Hallowed tower level 5

On this level it starts by saying oops no more moves meaning there is no way for me to progress I have to start this level with striped candy and colour bomb as I have these unlimited for 6 hours any ideas how to rectify this

Hi dear that is very very unfortunate.

Unfortunately there is no way to stop the timed boosters. Very sorry for this inconvenience but surely i will tag it to our CM that if a player dont want to start a level with any booster how can he switch it off.

Once again very sorry about that. But let me tag @kiara_wael. Lets see if she has some idea about that.

Had the same problem. You clearly can’t use boosters on this level. The irony of that. You win rewards and can’t even put them to use to win more. And thanks for no rewards for passing level 8000. I’ve contacted support so will receive them but that’s not the point is it. Useless company

Wow. You buy boosters. Use them in the level. Then get penalized and can't win the level.
