I've reached the 5th and final level of Hallowed Tower and on every occasion the message 'Oops!' pops up before in can make a single move. Looks like you have released this level without properly testing the function.

Please just try logging out and restarting your device and then logging back in to see if this rectifies your problem

I suspect the start booster, from Dexter ? If yes than waiting until unlimited 6 hour booster finished

Hi dear.
Please check if you are starting the level with any booster as i am playing it and there is no problem in all the 5 levels. Or you try to update your game and try again.

@kiara_wael I've had the same problem with level 5, as so many other people. After logging off, restarting and going back in a game like you suggested, the Halloween event is completely gone for me! No Tower, nothing 🤷♀️
