The Halloween 2020 not showing up. I’m on level 2471.

also my iPad doesn’t show my boosters that is on my iPhone!

can you help

@Dewilla Hi and welcome, The Halloween event is a bonus feature so it is not available to everyone in there games. Bonus features are given to groups of randomly selected players. So this just means your not in that group at present but could be in the future

To make sure you are getting the features available to you please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device regularly. This will ensure your game is running the best it can

In the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself and are not transferable

Impellers are only stored individually on each device. As for the events, they are trial features, so they are not always available to everyone. Random groups are selected. Keep your browser and your game updated, it is the only way to see if they appear.

Please note that the boosters are saved on device memory and not in the game so they can not be transferrable nor they can be synced on different devices. Each device have its own sets of boosters which can be used only on that device.

About halloween feature please try to log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and if you still dont recieve it then it means that you are not part of the group who have this feature randomly chosen by the system.
