I don’t get any videos, the box of chocolates or any other of the specials my mother in law and spouse get. Is there a reason? It’s very frustrating.

The Chocolate Box is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.

The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.

Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

Events come and events go and you never know which ones you will have. Hopefully you have some that your family members don't get.

@daniellepottorf Hi and welcome, Bonus features are not available to everybody in the game. Bonus features are given to groups of randomly selected players. So this just means your not in the group of the features you are missing but you could be in the future.

To make sure you are getting the features available to you. please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in , regularly. This will ensure your game is running the best it possibly can

Hi dear.

Very sorry about that. But all these bonus events are randomly awarded by the system. At the moment you are not chosen by the system but keep your game up to date and hopefully you will be chosen in future for some bonus events.
