Salty Sweet Candy Town and Saltnado is a new feature that is being tested in the game at this moment.
Since the feature is still being tested and developed, this means that it may have some issues.
At the moment we are struggling with the Sweetonium flasks that doesn't always fill up and the Play button that at times is unresponsive.
These issues are being looked into and hopefully getting fixed shortly.

I have won 2 levels but have not received the sweetonium, a total of 8. I restarted the game and I'm still having the issues. I'm still trying to upgrade my buildings but I can't because I'm not being able to earn sweetonium.
I am playing the event "Candy Town" On the levels 16,17 and 18 I did not receive any flask rewards.

Please do the standard troubleshooting tips by Log out, update your game application, restart your device And login again and check if it solves your case.
Please also note that as this is a new bonus feature the Studios are still monitoring its progress. There are few errors found hopefully it will be fixed soon. Keep your game up to date.

For any missing rewards
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Three times I've beaten a Candy Town level but the flasks don't fill. I've restarted my Android Samsung phone and the problem still is there. It was working yesterday.
@John_Prudente Hi and welcome, As this is a new feature from time to time it can experience glitches but the game studio will be monitoring this and hopefully put fixes for this in place .I believe this issue is currently being looked at
All you can do at the moment is the standard troubleshooting tips and see if this resolves your issue
Please check game is up to date and log out and restart your device and log back in

Please keep the app updated to get all bug fixes as soon as they are released.
