Ever since I bought gold and other gifts using my own airtime I can't recieve free videos to earn free play or extra moves.May u please help regarding the matter? I read this comment a couple of times in the comment. I don’t believe it is a coincidence. If I knew this, I would never spend a cent on this app!!!! Careful everyone, stay away from purchasing!!!!!!!!

@mariazartmo Hi and welcome, The video ads feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible
The feature will not be roved due to you making purchases. I have never had ads in nearly 8 years of playing and there has been an issue with ads at the moment so it may be missing due to it needing a fix

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

I dont think so there is any relation between purchases and any bonus features. I didnt purchase anything and i am also not having this feature. Infact there was some issue in video ads for few days as the game was crashing when ads was on. So i think studios might be working on it.
Secondly as explained above. Its a bonus feature and like all other bonus feature it may appear, disappear or simply be replaced any time with any other feature.
Keep your game up to date and hopefully soon it will be back in your game.

Same thing happened to me!!!! They scam you. Not fair. All my friends still have the videos but since I bought gold, that same day, they removed my videos. Not enough moves offered to pass hard levels. Game no longer fun when you can't pass levels. They just want you to continue to buy. They will not return the videos to you, I've tried. They claim they the videos were just a test. This is not true, all my friends still have the videos.
