Why don’t we get new frames for reaching certain levels/ranks like we used to? It was fun looking forward to getting a new frame.

@Jeanne.jo Hi and welcome as explained very well above by wukoon when you reach the last rank as shown below there are no more frames available., but your rank will still go up when playing levels and you will still get the reward of 5 lives everytime you rank up

From what you've mentioned, I assume that you have obtained a blue frame with chocolate drip, i.e Rank 90 and above as per image below.
If that is true, I believe that's the last frame and I have that to. I guess no more new frame after this one. However, you may still receive 5 full lives after achieving the next XP level.
May be you can post your question in the idea section as suggested by Yueyue?

Every time you reach a new rank, we reward you with a top-up of your lives. Your life-meter has a full capacity of 5 lives, so if it's already full, it will only add as many as it needs to fill up. Every 5 levels you will win a delicious frame for your avatar. You will get a new frame at level 5, 10, 15, and so on, so keep playing, keep ranking-up and show all the other players just how good you are at Candy Crush Saga,
