Difference between Facebook game and the mobile game.

I noticed on my mobile app that I got infinity lives for 24 hours.

But, my Facebook game did not.

Sometimes I play on my mobile phone because it's convenient. But when I'm at home, I like the bigger layout on my huge computer screen. I wish the two would communicate with each other. I end up having to beat the levels twice to success, once on my mobile phone, and once on my desktop.

Any insights or advice? Thanks!

@Denarama . your devices should sync your levels is your signed into both with the same account, just sometimes can take a few minutes before it will sync and sometimes requires a restart but you do not have to beat levels on both devices

If you are using 1 same account connected to your King Game then you should be able to get your progress on any device. If you are having trouble with sync with your account you should give it some time to sync or just log out and log back in to the game. Try to restart your device as well to see if this works.

Thanks! I logged out and back in on my Facebook account - which is how I get into CC Saga. Next, I'll log out or restart my cellphone.

I appreciate the tips! I just hope I get those infinity lives for 24 hours on the desktop, too. I need them!

Hi @Denarama !

The Unlimited Lives campaign can only be received on one platform/ device. If you already received the Lives on your phone, you cannot get them on any further devices if you play on several.

Some these campaigns and extras are also only available on mobile and the W10 app.
