How do I fix the invalid access problem so I can send lives?

I cannot send lives because of the Invalid Access _Code. I do not know where to fix this problem.

@Janet_Herzog Hi and welcome. The invalid access token is a Facebook issue and you would need to contact there support regarding this. but this is normally a temporary issue

There is an issue with sending and receiving lives that is being investigated but at present we have no time frame on a fix for this

I was also facing this issue with my secondary account that I couldn't send lives due to Invalid Access Token. I got it fixed after sending troubleshoot message to the administrators and got it fixed after a week or so. I would advise you to send a troubleshooting message to Facebook administrators and inform them about the issue. Other than that we can't do anything from the external. Hope it gets fixed.

When I get this error I just restart my browser and it's fixed. Have you tried that?

Its a temporary issue. Just logout, clear your cache from the browser and restart your device and login again and check if it solves your case.
