@andy1101 HI and welcome. Please try the standard troubleshooting tips of checking game is up to date and log out and restart your device and see if this forces the reward to kick in. if not guessing they will be still be working on this although i do know some people have got there rewards

@andy1101 Hi, Hopefully you should see soon i would give it a little longer and then maybe contact customer support regarding this if you still not received, but keep restarting your device as sometimes it needs this for the reward to kick in. It could be the fix for the error may come in an update
