@marge0001 Hi and welcome, This is a known issue that is currently being investigated, but at present we ahve no time frame on a fix for this at present.
All you can try is checking your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device. then log back in and see if it improves your issue

Please do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. If playing through browser please clear cache/history and restart your device and try again.
Please also note that there is a facebook error for sending recieving lives which is being looked out and hopefully soon will be resolved.
