In the fantastic five I had just got the last points to complete challenge for the team & literally froze then I could not collect rewards at present still frozen yet it’s telling me I still receiving points!!! Can you please see to it that I get my rewards?

Thanks for the screenshot, if you calculate your team point manually, it only has 5,560 and you need 1,440 points to claim your final prize. The points didn't add up because one of your team members have left the group or disconnected from the group suddenly, thus, those points contributed by this person will be removed even though he/she has previously contributed to the final scores.

Thus, just continue playing and make up for the remaining points. Once you've earn these points, you'll get your prize.

@Queensheba777 Hi and welcome, you have got the graphics glitch where if you count your scores they do not add up to 7000. This is just the graph reading wrong and if you team reaches the required mark in the allotted time you will receive your rewards as the scores will be being counted in the background

This can happen when somebody leaves your team
