Where is feature to turn off hints?

The turn off hints feature is still being tested, so it's not available for all players yet.

Thanks Crazy Cat Lad. It’s been over a year, to “test” turning off a feature. It doesn’t really make sense. Are they still testing whether it works, or whether they want people to have the option? When is this targeted to become available? It’s very confusing, not to give players the easy option to have hints or not. It completely ruins my enjoyment of the game, it defeats the entire point of playing any game, with something that distracts and prompts you to do something (which IS usually the best move!). Let me find my own matches to make special candies, don’t show me before I even have a chance to look at the board. If King wants to make money from me, at least give me the chance to enjoy playing! Currently I don’t.

I just wanted to add a clarification I know the tracks are annoying, it is true that they totally distract you, but it struck me that you think that that track that the board gives you is the best move.
Not at all!!!
Never pay attention to the clues, because the movement that it indicates is always the worst, it is with the one with the least probability of winning you will have. Good luck and keep enjoying

Thanks Hechicerilla. That is definitely not my experience (I'm on level 2576, so been playing a while). It ALWAYS shows how to make special candies as the first hint, when available, or the next best move in a general sense (it might not be the best move based on the specific game level, but it is always a good move). Regardless, it always distracts and prompts you with a move IMMEDIATELY, not even after a few seconds when you've had a chance to assess and think for yourself. I really, really, really hope they will allow me to turn off the hints, so I can enjoy the game without constant distraction :)

@Throgmorton Hi and welcome, If you still not have the feature to turn hints off all you can do is be patient and hope that in a game update it eventually comes to your game. I still know people that have not got the turn off hints feature so you are not the only one, but hopefully you will see it eventually
