The first phrase of the new one will be the next of the old one, the third player's phrase 's 1st word is the second player's 2nd word, so on. I don't speak English, so this type of game is very difficult for me, I suppose it will be easier for English-speaking players, but there are many games like this or similar ones, so many people no longer play.
