Why don’t I have video booster or spin to keep playing options ?
Hello, I have been playing Candy Crush on and off for almost 5 years now, I’ve recently reinstalled it as has my wife, however seeing her game compared to mine I have no options to watch a video ad for a booster and no option to spin a wheel to win moves how can the same game be so different ? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @bcairns81 and welcome to the community. The Ad Video feature is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature. However, in some cases the feature may be missing for temporary problems. Keep playing the game, you can get the feature back again.
If you don't get it, it might be caused by a temporary problem.

The options to view ads is not available to everyone. Some players have never had it. I only get it on my tablet, never on my PC. Do you have any events that your wife doesn't? If you just reinstalled I'm guessing your game is up to date but just keep it that way so you get all events you can. Restarting your device also helps make sure you are playing your most up to date game. Good luck.

Video ads and free spin are bonus features and like all other bonus features they are not permanent part of the game.
All the bonus features are provided randomly to the players by the system. As you mentioned that you have recently installed your game so in my opinion at the moment you are not the part of that selected group of the players who have this feature. But keep your game up to date. Gradually the system will start giving you some bonus features.

@bcairns81 Hi and welcome, The video ads feature and Free spin wheel are bonus features and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
They are also device specific so you could play multi device and have the feature on one device but not on another. I have never had ads on any device but have the free spin wheel on 2 Devices but lost it on my third as i was removed from the group for that feature
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
