Trouble Syncing

I don't want to use Facebook anymore, but want to sync my progress. When I sign in to King.com, it says my email isn't registered, but it already is. my user name is tfurrows. Please help!

@tfurrows Hi and welcome have you registered a king game account as the community account and the game account are 2 different accounts

@tfurrows Hi again. If it saying you have not registered your email have you tried just creating a king account with your current email and then syncing your progress.

Please double-check that you have input the email correctly.

To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:

Go to the King website at King.com

Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.

Click on the ‘Settings’ icon

Select ‘Account’

You will be prompted to confirm your password

Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information

Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com
