Why is my Chocolate Box Rewards Claim Button Greyed-Out when I haven't even claimed my rewards? I worked hard beating Levels last night so I can get Boosters. Now that I completed the tasks, I can't get them. What is going on?
I already addressed this just above your response. I know that @Pounawea is not in or not available on weekends. I am not a newbie. I've been a Community Member long before you. You can ask Elsa if you'd like. Please read the comments first before responding! I surely appreciate it!

I specifically addressed this to Pounawea which was why nobody responded except you. If I wanted a response from anyone, I wouldn't tag him or put his name here. One more reason was because you cannot really do anything to fix this issue in the first place so why bother? I have been helping Community Members resolve their issues for years. If the inquiry is beyond what I can do, I don't mess with it.
This is not about you! I am not trying to be mean. This is a matter of principle! If the letter is not specifically addressed to you, will you take it upon yourself and deal with it even if you can't resolve it?
