I am not receiving my Fantastic Five (F5) awards after clicking 'Claim." Also, no Saltnado prize.

This is a new problem. I play CCS via Facebook on my Windows PC. I usually lead in the F5 Tournament, and have claimed the prize regularly in the past few weeks. Today when I claimed prize, which included an unlimited hour of Sprinkle candies (Nonpareils) and unlimited hour of striped and wrapped candies along with spaceship, but after accepting ang going to game they are not there. If I leave game and restart, it resets and let me try to claim it again, but again, does not appear. I've now rebooted 5X and it's the same cycle. What is going on?

Also, Saltnado ended and I did not receive my completion prize. Again play via Facebook on computer. Do not play on iOS or Android. Where is that prize?
