@Mccutler Hi and welcome, Please try the standard troubleshooting tips and check both your device and game are up to date . if playing via an internet browser clear you browser cache and log out and restart your device. then log back in and let us know if this resolves your issue

I noted that you have issue with the noise in Candy Crush Saga game. May I know whether you have the same issue in Candy Crush Friends Saga too because you've posted your issue in CCFS?
If you also play CCFS and the same issue appears, I reckon that is most likely due to your device sound system because I've opened my CCS game and turn on the sounds and music and found no issue on the sound and music background. I'm using Android phone. To test whether your device sound system has issue, play some music in your phone and see whether there is hissing sound.
If all is good, please provide the model of your device and OS system so that we can pass this message to the studio and have a check on it.
