Hello, I encountered some problems in the game, First of all, today, 11/13/2020, I noticed that my trophies and master title no longer appear, I searched somewhere on the internet for this and I found that a solution would be to delete the game and reinstall it. but i lost all booster..

    @Kingsman69 Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices your boosters are stored on the device itself. So if your device or game crashes, you uninstall or even change devices your boosters are lost and unrecoverable / Transferable. Unless you had unused purchased boosters then customer support may help you with these.

    Yes, reinstallation is not always the best solution. You should have waited for the next update. Updates come every one or two weeks. I've had this problem too.

    Write to King Support, it is possible that he is accommodating and gives you compensation.

    I understand that I can no longer recover the boosters, but I don't think King Support can help me either i sent 2-3 emails about the master title and trophies but I received the same answers but not solutions, i play with some friends, they still have the titles and trophies, I don't understand why they disappeared from me, but I will wait for future updates to see if I get back the title and the trophies

    If you lost purchased Boosters, then Player Support will compensate for them. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic in your email.

    If you lost any Trophies etc, this can't be restored manually I'm afraid.

    Hi there @Kingsman69 and good day to you.

    Please be informed that the reinstallation of the app/game may have also reset all your trophies and rank titles. Thus, this is not recoverable. However, you may try to turn off the wifi/internet signal in your device, wait for several seconds before turning back the wifi/internet signal on. Play a level and see if the trophies/rank tiles are restored.

    If the above steps doesn't help, then you may have to continue playing and earn back those trophies and rank titles.
