again when I went into SAGA it went back another 2 levels. working on 2988 and now it says I need to redo 2986 and 2987. Sometimes work days on a level and then have to redo it. Not doing it again. if you can not keep track of simple levels then I will find something else to do.
@eric_stewart1 Play iphone / Facebook and windows 10 app and never had an issue on any of the devices with troubles syncing etc. Guess just been very lucky as know some people have issues.
all play online via ultra fast virgin fibre broadband mobile device always connected to house wifi when playing
Always do the standard troubleshooting tips at least once a month
If you need to tag someone put @username and they are tagged to the post
There are ways to get those levels back, but it depends on the cause of the issue ...

I know it's frustrating when you spend time, boosters and gold bars on levels, so I hope you manage to fix the issue.
@eric_stewart1 Hi and welcome, sorry to hear this has happened to you again, but i have never had this happen to me once in 8 years of playing the game, Something does not seem right with how your device is registering the levels. Seems only explanation to me is it seems you game is not connected to the server and your playing offline
Are you playing via a king account or a facebook account

never play on anything but my PC via king.com. I just tried to sync per the answer that was posted.
Still on level 2986 instead of 2988.
I wish I could work with someone to clean up an old email address.
At one time while trying to get into SAGA I used my regular email address of eric_stewart@comcast.net. I use eric_stewart1@comcast.net which is a pain.
