Retrieve my progress

Hi, I am unable to recollect where I saved my progress.. Can I retrieve my progress from phone backup.. I have passed almost 1200 levels..Kindly help me.

Hello @PadmanabhanJayaram,

if you are playing on your phone, you can retrieve your progress by linking your avatar with FB or King account (you can do that when logging into your game).

If you don't have any of these accounts or weren't regularly syncing your progress, then you'll need to contact Player support.

Go to your game, choose the Settings icon and then click on the question mark. You'll be redirected to the King site that answers questions and solves problems. Find the article on Game progress and see if any solutions apply to your situation and if not, go to the bottom of the page where is says "Contact us". From there they can manualy restore your levels if you remember where you left of :)
