Problems with continue level

Level 1

Hi, today when I play a level game, in the end of this I want to coninue a level, for that I used gold bars (I was 11), but when I do that the game crashes and remove for my acount 10 gold bars and dont' continue the game. You robbed me and I couldn't continue the level :(

    That was an unfortunate incident and such mishaps do happens in the game and I've personally experienced it too. 😥

    There's nothing much can be done but you may try to report this issue to King's Support by clicking at the "contact us" at the bottom of this page. However, you may need to wait awhile as your case is exceptional. Thus, your patience is greatly appreciated.

    Meanwhile, you may want to participate in the on-going contests here and stand a chance to win some gold bars to your game.

    🔺 If you are playing on Mobile ---> Go HERE & follow the steps suggested therein.

    In very rare circumstances there may be a widespread issue delivering the Game to you. If you’re having problems playing the Game, it’s worthwhile doing some housekeeping steps on your device to maximize the chances of the Game running smoothly for you.

    Try all the options below to resolve the issue:

    • Force close all Apps & restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.
    • Look for any updates for your device as well as for the Game App.
    • Make sure that you have sufficient memory free on your device (at least 2GB free). If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the Game to run as smoothly as possible.

      • As a last resort, you can try deleting & reinstalling the Game as it usually fixes most issues. Simply make sure that your Game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook Account before proceeding with this step.*** Note that any Boosters or extra Lives stored in the Game may be lost during this process so it's worth trying to use them before reinstalling.
