How do you beat level 1919 and can it be beat without any boosters?
Without a booster, it's hard, try combining a wrapped one with a color bomb. It takes a lot of attempts

All the licorice you need is on the board, but you will have to unlock at least one of the chocolate machines to get the 12 chocolates that you need. Since there are only 20 moves you need to get the chocolate growing within the first few moves or you won't be able to get enough since it only grows one piece at a time.
Once the chocolate is spreading leave it as long as you can before clearing any, it won't spread if you keep clearing it.
The hardest thing to get is the popcorn in the middle. You will need either wraps detonated beside it, or stripe/wrap combos to blast through the middle. Stripes alone won't touch it.
