Turn of all the emails you do not want to receive
Save settings
This will stop all the emails you do not want to receive

I think the reason you are still receiving email notification even after the email notifications have been turned off may be due to the delay in processing the requests as I've experienced that before. I think it took a day for it to register. That's for my case.
Do counter check that you have turned off all the notifications that you don't need as suggested by Mr Freddy and Ms Kiara and hopefully, it will register in your account soon. Once this is done, please wait for the requests to be processed and hopefully it will be sorted out soon.
