When i go to play Candy Crush Saga on Facebook Windows 10 desktop it puts the sound back on and it re finds a team it doesn't start me over on levels but it's aggravating that it resets the sound and that it looks for a new fantastic five and stuff help?

Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Make also sure your browser is up to date. You can check if it's updated here.

I hope the above mentioned valueable tips by Kiara must have helped. However you may also download the candy crush app through microsoft app store and better to play with the app than the browser.

Please take note that I also have been having issue loading CCS game in my Facebook using Chrome browser but I have yet to try on Microsoft Edge or other browsers. However, you may try.
I would also like to add on that you may download the app directly to your PC.
Do let us/me know if you need help with other issue in your game.
