i may have typed in my email address wrong. I’m not receiving confirmation email to move foreard

@colleen22 Hi and welcome, Please check your spam folder as a lot tend to end up in there and if you need to check you email is correct go to your avatar top right of screen and click edit profile and you should see the email you used in there

Did you spell the email wrongly in your King account in the game or the Community account here?

Have you tried inserting the correct email to retrieve the password? If you have multiple email, then you may need to try each one of them until you receive the email to reset your password. I also have tendency to have multiple email for my game account but in the end I chose to stick to only one.
