I don't know what I'm doing wrong, it took me a while to get signed up with the group "team"crushers ....whenever I try to login to the special offers for gold bars it's saying that the password is incorrect I've had to get a new email account the same way with that account I don't know a hole lot about these phones but I'm trying thanks to you all
P.S. I thought that I never would get a screenshot posted and I still have trouble doing that I can't figure out how to post the photos full screen I've done it 2or3 time and don't know what I did to get it done

First thing is to check whether you have recently restricted any in-app purchase in your device that requires you to insert password for any purchases. If yes, you may go to your Google Play/App Store account setting and check there. See if you can find any article related to your issue here.
As for the screenshot, I think the image you posted in your comment box is good enough ☺️
