You will not get them back.
If you can make a printscreen from your gold bars in the event what you lost, you can ask them back at support help with your ID. Ask at

For any questions about missing gold bars, you'll need to contact King's support like @fabke mentioned, since they can restore them if a glitch happened or your game crashed. It can take a couple of days, but you can contact them through your app.
Choose the wheel in the top rright corner and then click on the question mark, find the right topic and make your request.
