@adamfrombham Hi and welcome, Please check your game is up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear the browser cache ans log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this solves your issue. unfortunately nothing can be done regarding getting your 30 minutes lives back but hopefully above will resolve your issue for next time
