Hello, like the title says. I had over 160 gold bars. I synched my facebook (I play on my phone, with my e-mail) and I did not lost my progress -I'm still on the same level- but I did lost my rank and my gold bars.
I didn't purchase them, I won them all.
My player ID is 1272449340.

However, if the problem is the same, you need to contact our player support.
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

When you mentioned you play on your mobile and sign in email, are you referring to the King's account email or Facebook email? If you are signed in via King's account via mobile and subsequently signed in your Facebook, it may be that both your accounts are not sync properly. Please visit this page to sync your FB and King's accounts.
