Try turning off your device once and then restarting it. Mostly that helps. Also check whether it is up to date. Updates.

@pogunbeau Hi and welcome, Please check you device and game are up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear your cache. Then log out and restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue.

Also try bookmarking the page if you are playing via a browser
