@Chandlerdd The issue is with sending and receiving lives, even if the lives seem to be in you inbox which is held in facebook notifications there is a problem with them being added to you game.
You have already done the standard troubleshooting tips so this is something that we just need to wait for a fix on

Please do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. If playing through browser please clear cache/history and restart your device and try again.
Please also note that there is a facebook error for sending recieving lives which is being looked out and hopefully soon will be resolved.
