Can you tell me a little more about whether you completely lost the Win Streak feature or whether you lost one day?

Hi there @chnar and good day to you.

Since @Nix66 also having the same issue and yes, you lost your win streak if you fail a level and it will reset to zero.

However, do try this troubleshooting step and see if it helps resolve your issue. Disconnect your game/device from the internet, wait for several seconds or more, then reconnect it back to the internet. Play a level, and see if the win streaks appears. If it doesn't help, then there is a glitch and hopefully it will fix itself.

Make sure update your App .

The Win Streaks is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.

The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.

Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return

Hey @chnar sorry you lost your win streak for no reason. Hope the problem gets resolves if its a possible glitch. It is hard to maintain those streaks as it is.

@chnar Hi and welcome You need to post a little more information with you question. Do you mean you lost ther win streak (lost a level). lost you win streak ( just rest to zero) or you have lost the feature al together

Was there a resolution for this? Because I’m having the same issue. It has happened numerous times. I believe my win streak was around 70 yesterday and today when I logged on it was back to zero. Its pointless to work so hard just to have it disappear. Very frustrating.
