Hi, I am having an issue with my chocolate box.

My chocolate box is complete but wont allow me to claim prize. Its the same on my laptop, desk PC and mobile phone despite me logging out, back in etc etc. Its been like this for days now.

Anyone else?

@Darls1962 Hi and welcome, There are a few people with this issue and it is being investigated. Please try closing the game and clearing your browser cache restart your device and see if this helps with your issue

I also had problems in the last few days, the message server error always came up when I opened the box. The box has been working again for a few minutes. I hope King solved the problem. Be patient
