I have lost all my events?

I have lost all my events except the booster wheel? No Fantastic Five, chocolate box, etc. Will they return? I have Logged out of my account & turned off my device but to no avail. What happens next then?

All the features and temporary events of the King games are test features that the Studio randomly releases to groups of players, which means that they are not always available and not for all players. If you've rebooted your device, cleared cache, and made sure your game was up to date, there is nothing else to do. These events come and go. You can only wait until I touch you again.

In fact, every event in the game is controlled by a test group and therefore events may not always be available in your game. Since players are randomly selected in these tests, you too can get these features back at any time.

That doesn't make sense because if you are in a team for Fantastic Five how are you supposed to participate if it isn't in events. I have been playing for years and have had the same events with special events appearing and ending at different times.

Each event is controlled by a separate test group, meaning that if one test event is active in your game, there is no guarantee that the other must be present, also features are distributed using a Random which cannot be modified or managed.

Since you responded, all my events have now re-appeared so not sure if your information is relevant. These events have been existent for years.
