Technical,problem with candy crush saga. Cannot get reward from the chocolate box.

I cannot get my reward from the chocolate box. It will not light up the claim prize so I can receive my reward.

@lingraham Hi and welcome, There is currently an issue with the chocolate box for some people.This is being investigated but at present we have no time frame on a fix for this
