My password doesn’t work so I have received an email to reset it but cannot see how when on the King home page. Sorry to ask such a simple question.

May I know whether you also received a link in that email that you can click on it to reset the password? If yes, it should bring you to the page where you key in your email, insert the password given to you in the email. Once you're logged into your account, you may proceed to change your password to your usual one.

Please let me know if the above works.

@Vea53 The emailto reset will go to your registered game email address if you have a king account or if facebook will be in your facebook messages

are you on a PC ? are you clicking correct link in email to change password

Thank you to Wykoon & Freddie Falkner for your help. I have retrieved my game. Hurrah!

My problem with resetting my password was because I was trying to do it on my iPad. When I changed to my PC the log in button appeared and I could follow the instructions.
