The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

@lavme123 Hi and welcome, The bonus features in the game are not available to everyone . So this could just mean your not part of the bonus groups at present but could be in the future.
To make sure you get the features available to you , keep your device and game up to date and log out and restart you device, then log back in regularly as this will ensure your game is running at optimal performance

Boosters can be unlocked when you reach a certain level which will get you three free boosters of the boosters that are said to be released in that episode. The game board refers to this as "unlocking boosters".
After that, you can buy more boosters if you want to use them.
You can also get free boosters in various ways. You can be awarded boosters by completing usually 10 levels in some games by King.com, and it will refill your lives. There is one booster that is only available when a Facebook or King.com friend sends you one, namely the +3 moves booster.
Since November 27, 2013, players can obtain free boosters every day from the daily booster wheel.
Some events will provide boosters as rewards upon completing the objective, such as Chocolate Box. The Dexter's Contest is also a good choice.
However not all events might be available to certain players.
