If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here, 

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

More than a month ago I am not receiving the free bosters that the game offers since I bought a package of game offers

For any non recieved rewards for events and such, contact Player Support through your game app, sonce the King studio can look into that 🙂. If it is however related for example the Chocolate box, Daily spin, drops, etc., check your app is up to date and do the troubleshoot.

The problem is not in the chocolate box, but in the help roulettes when we level. The daily spins I'm receiving normally, I even uninstalled the app thinking it was that

Hi and welcome, boosters can be earned via events such as Dexter's contest, and earn from Booster Wheel and Calendar, also Chocolate Box. If you are missing something, please contact player support.

The daily boosters are up to date are the extra boosters that do not arrive nor an update is coming an example the rise of the bean understood this type of boosters no longer

If you are not getting the Treat Calendar, Wheel, or Quest, that is normal. Try updating the app or do the standard troubleshooting. The events are in the test group so not everyone gets it.

The app doesn't ask for an update, I'am referring to the extra bonus boosters that are no longer falling in my game
