Boosters from Winter Memories not working

I won the levels and was supposed to have 30 minutes of fish and color bomb bu they aren’t there. Who can I contact to remedy?

Hi @caberman,

it could be a connection error, so check your internet connection. Keep in mind, that the fish are only activated on certain levels (in the levels where it's possible to choose them as a booster).

If all of the above are ok, and you've done the standard troubleshoot, contact player support through your game app (choose option missing rewards).

But first try standard troubleshooting process, and note that not all boosters can be used on certain levels (for instance coconut wheels cannot be used in jelly levels).
