For the last day I apparently can't connect my laptop windows 10 game to King. I no longer have the Daily Booster Wheel, Daily Treat calendar, Fantastic 5 updates, and no avatar picture in my game piece. I am able to continue playing the game, moving along to each level. I filled out the form with this problem and the error message said "Oops... Something went wrong when sending your form. Please try to resend it." I resent it 3 times, but don't think it ever went through.
@Lisaknits If you not playing through a web browser it will be the windows 10 CCS app and hopefully the information provided by @kiara_wael will help you solve your issue

If you play with the internet browser, there could be problems. Because the flash player will be switched off at the end of the year. Which browser do you play with? Then please try Opera.
Because he is more likely to access the game. Otherwise you get better with the Window10 app.
