Fantastic Five prizes not being awarded.

Been having issues with Fantastic 5 for a few weeks.


Points and subsequently prizes are not being awarded.


So I may log in and see 2000 points with 5 days 4 hours left.


Then it switches suddenly (like tonight) to 70 points and 6 days 22 hours left.


I have no boosters awarded at all for that completion.


There is a very active player on my team I am missing out on multiple UFOs per week.


I have cleared cache and rebooted multiple times, disabled & re enabled Fantastic 5, signed in & out (Facebook) multiple times, force stopped the game, left my team and rejoined, done everything I can to prevent the game sleeping on my device (Samsung tablet) but it's still closing sometimes.


Short of uninstalling the game totally (which I don't want to do because I'll lose my boosters) what more can I do?

    Hi and welcome, please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device then log back in and also if playing via an internet browser please clear your browser cache. See if this resolves your issue, this will also ensure your game is running correctly.

    For any missing rewards please contact customer support from your game and hopefully they will help you with this.

    Go to game settings, help center, and send them an email.

    Try mailing King's support team through your game app. I think you've done everything you can and I really don't recommend uninstalling the game.

    Thank you I have done all of those steps multiple times. Boosters are so hard to get now I don't want to uninstall either.

    I have reached out to a member of my team to see if he is having problems.

    Otherwise I guess I will contact customer support as there is clearly a technical issue with my game, I haven't seen any other reports on the forum.

    The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

    Well I got nowhere. Feature still not working, I'm missing out on a lot of UFOs in particular.


    CS did give me 10 gold which was nice.

    They consulted twice with specialists and gave me tips I'm already following.


    I said I wanted to try a re-install and would they give back my boosters, they said they don't recommended that and no.

    @KimmyA1 hi and welcome, That sounds like the date is being manipulated on your device and if you do this it will lose settings in you fantastic 5 and maybe why your fantastic five timer went from mid way to the start of another session. Doing this can affect your features. if you Fantastic 5 is still not working i would suggest trying to turn it of in your settings and features for a few days and then enable it

    I switched my date/time setting from auto to manual a few days ago, no improvements yet.


    It's always been on auto so I'm not sure why it would suddenly cause an issue, but worth trying.

    Well, not sure how it's resolved but while it's still skipping the odd time I am on most occasions getting my rewards now!


    Perhaps changing the time settings worked after all.
