LIVES !!!

Hello, I haven't been able to send friends lives or receive lives for 4 or 5 days now....I can't play anymore ! This is SO frustrating as I have to wait for a life to come every 20 minutes or so....Is this problem going to be fixed soon as many people are going to quit the game. PLEASE DO SOMETHING !!!

Hi and welcome, this is a very common Facebook issue currently, and it is already under investigation, so we already are doing something. Please be patient and it will be fixed, thank you.

@PhenX Hi and welcome, There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives that is being investigated, unfortunately at present we have no time frame on a fix for this. Please note King are working with Facebook to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

I have this problem now. Can't send or receive lives. If I uninstall and reinstall will it fix the problem? I hate to lose all my boosters but I can't play without lives so I'll reinstall if that will fix the problem. Has this worked for anyone else? Thanks!

@Mary_Kay Hi have had this issue for a while and do not believe uninstalling will help. I think its more a Facebook platform issue and Facebook will eventually sort out like the past with the help of king.

You do have a Facebook account or synced with Facebook as it should not be an issue if king account solely

Thanks so much @Freddy_Falkner. I won't uninstall if it won't help. I hope they do fix it soon. I normally have many lives at my disposal so I can play these hard levels and it stinks not having them. Good luck to you too on getting a fix.

@Mary_Kay i never really worry about them to much as tend to play 5 lives on few different king games and by time done they are already refreshed , but know many people this is an serious issue but happens quite a bit with Facebook platform updates. Just something i think we have to put up with now and again, but would rather have the feature than not at all. I am surprised you have only just got the issue though, mines been a fair few weeks
