I cannot access the app store to continue levels, nothing under my events tab is working. I’ve checked for updates, etc. nothing. Tried to link to Facebook, didn’t work. What the heck. I’ve spent a lot of money in this game and just purchased the gold in my piggy bank that I now cannot use.

You have mentioned that you've checked update and there is nothing. May I know whether you mean you are not able to download the game? What device are you using and model? Do let us know so I can provide you the link to check on your device compatibility with the app.
Meanwhile, please try and log out from the game, restart your device, wait for several minutes, then log back in to the game. Play a level. Click on event tab and see whether you have any event/features.
Make sure your internet connection is strong, your device have at least 2GB to update the app and you are connected to the correct FB profile.
It may take a while for the app to reload. So just be patience.

Ensuring that your device and the game app are the latest and most up to date versions is really important as it means that not only will your device run as smoothly as possible, but also that you can take advantage of the latest levels, features and promotions that we have released.

If you’re already on the most up to date version of your game and iOS, or once you’ve updated them, and crashing still happens, we can perform the following actions:
Make sure that you have sufficient free storage on your device, we normally recommend having at least 2GB free.
