How can I start a new account?

Hi and welcome to the community.

If you are asking for the new account in the game with same progress then please note that the game progress can not be transferred to new facebook or king account. If you want to have a new account either you have to start from zero or you have to contact our player support to manually retrieve your progress to new account.

If you have only facebook account you can transfer your progress to king account and vice versa.

If you need any other clarification please let us know and we will further advise you.

The easiest way to start a new game account is to use a different email address and sign up through King.com or Facebook and start your game from level 1. Is that what you're wanting to do?

Hello, sign up on King.com or Facebook and you will automatically start on Level 1. Unfortunately, you cannot restart community account because that is against the rules, although you might not find it very logical.

@damila Hi and welcome, When you put your account details in have you tried forgot password and tried resetting your password to see if this will give you access to your old account
