Can you please accurately relabel Level 2831?
Options
Level 2831 is advertised as an "Easy" level. However, it shouldn't take 50+ plays to pass an Easy level, especially if a full compliment of boosters is used. This board was obviously changed to a more difficult setting, but was left labeled as "Easy." Please stop being so deceptive about these things and accurately label the difficulty ratings on all levels. Thanks.

@7om Hi and welcome, The game studio is who labels the levels and this is done through feedback from the level and the average it takes someone to pass the level. This can sometimes be confusing as you can get stuck on an easy level but then pass a super hard one quite easily. Sometimes its just how lucky you get but it is quite hard to label the levels.

@Freddy_Falkner King is way behind the curve on this one. I find it very difficult to believe that thousands of players "got lucky" and passed this level easily yet for a few people like me, the game algorithm has decided that my passing this level should be near impossible, even when using a full compliment of boosters. No. The levels can be labeled easily by King simply looking at how generous or how parsimonious the game algorithm is set for that particular level. This isn't a case of "feedback." Either it is laziness or just pure deception designed to get players to spend money out of frustration.

Welcome to the sweet King community. In case you have not passed the level yet, here are some hints and tips showing how to pass level 2831 Candy Crush Saga without boosters
Level 2831 is a dual task level, you have to collect all the cherries and clear the jelly.
Mostly this level is pretty straightforward, but there is one jelly that can be a real problem to clear. This is the jelly at the top, under the licorice dispenser. This square has double jelly so needs to be hit twice, but there is no candy in it, only licorice, so it needs to be hit with a combo to clear the jelly. The problem is that the licorice will keep dropping into the square each time you try to clear it.
The only thing you can do is to keep blasting away at it until eventually you will get lucky. If you can hit it with a combo in the same move as clearing licorice it will work, as long as your combo isn't blocked by more licorice.
Apart from that it is a matter of luck. A colourbomb/wrap or colourbomb/stripe will probably do the job if you can make them

@7om Hi again just done this level on 3rd attempt and did not find it that difficult. Hardest thing with this is the very top where licorice falls . try not to destroy blocker about 4 squares under it until you have hit that top left square at least once

Hi and welcome to the community, it is not marked an easy level. Many even harder levels aren't marked hard either. In resources for Level 2831, it says it's hard, and even though you want more, it is not confusing.
For Level 2831:
