@jberg01 Hi and welcome, this is a super hard level and can take a few attempts and a lucky board is always helpful. Video below may give you some hints and tips on completing this level
The free spin feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game. it is given to groups of randomly selected people. So this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future

Hi and welcome to the community. Many players (like myself) share your frustration about the failed level wheel spin, but it is in the Test Group so not everyone gets it. Meanwhile, check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache if using the browser.

Level 4204 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to clear all the jelly and collect two ingredients to complete the level.
The ingredients travel down the diagonal column inside the candy cane fence so you have to clear the chocolate to allow them to drop down. This can be done using special candies and combos that you will have to make in the top right section to begin with.
As you make combos to clear the chocolate you should also clear the blockers on the left that are preventing the candies from dropping into the bottom left section of the board.
You don't need to worry too much about the ingredients as they will drop anyway as soon as the way is cleared, just make sure that all the jelly is cleared from the middle section.

Hello, @FlaringCrystal120's post involves a strategy. The other posts by @Freddy_Falkner and @johan1082010 has only a video. A strategy is ideal for a good post.

@Staricle we can all copy a post from a CCS all help i have posted some myself . To me when you get to this stage of the game you should no how to strategize and video is just for hints and tips not every board will play the same. Video to me better than trying to explain, as you can see other peoples strategies, but again only for hints and tips they are not going to complete the level for you

There's nothing like having firsthand knowledge of a particular level, which is only obtained by getting far enough in the game & playing/experiencing it for oneself.
But for those that want to act like they know & copy/paste/show a video, whatever; enjoy those forum points.
But they're not fooling anyone...
